  i stumbled upon this site while looking for help.

  my prob is there's this girl i really really like alot.

  she's beautiful,smart, has a great personality and i love being around her.

  clay ... you would be wise to listen to the advice here. I don't agree with the same reasoning but in the end you will likely suffer big time if you keep pursuing this girl.

  If she has grown up in the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses, it will likely stay with her for life. Even if she leaves her beliefs for you or any other reason there is a very good chance that somewhere down the road she will return to her beliefs. It is more than a religion .. it is a way of life.

  Do yourself and her a favor and move on.

  AlanF .. you have misunderstood me. The taste of freedom I spoke of was to be away from the WTS, nothing raunchy ;) The freedom I meant was to come and go as I please and be accountable to no one. I slept in every weekend ... no meetings .. no service. Tuesday and Thursday evenings were mine to do with as I please. All my choices were mine and no thought as to whether the WTS would agree or not.

  The way I see it now is ... that was false freedom because I was living outside of Jehovah's arrangement. As for my thoughts on ex Jws and what they find amusing to do in their spare time .. I figured most of them were here. Doesn't leave a lot of time to be too raunchy.

  I hope you are wrong about me sitting on the fence. I'm not too sure of a lot of things anymore. Just hoping it's a bad day and will get back to normal tomorrow. Thanks for bothering ...

  AlanF .. You are right. I'm posting here and really should be talking to fellow believers. The fact is .. I can come here anonymously, and get a lot off my chest. Hopefully in a few hours I'll be back to my old self again and be but a bad memory here.

  I experienced the taste of freedom you speak of. It was not wonderful but will never be forgotten. I was out for many years so have seen and experienced both sides of this coin. I prefer where I am .. even though you see my weak sides.

  I don't know why but I will answer your question. You are right .. I said I wouldn't come back here. We all have trying times in our lives and don't know where to turn for help. I'm having one of those times right now. You can see by my first post here today, I lashed out. Now I feel terrible that I did and appologize.

  JAVA .. you are wrong on two points. I AM a friend in deed. I AM a follower of Jehovah (not WTS).

  You did open my eyes to one good point though. I have no right to put down anyone. None of us do.
